Latvian Open Mixed Pairs Championship 2010

Championship Regulations

LBF Sports Technical Commission (hereinafter - STK) adopts and LBF Board approves the regulations of
the Latvian Open Mixed Pairs Championship in 2010 (hereinafter - the Championship). 

Organizing 
2010 Championship consists of two sessions. Each session is played 24 boards.

 Schedule
Registration till September 2nd 2010 on LBF website www.bridge.lv.  
Tournament begins September 4th2010 at 10.30.

Venue 

Championship is played RSBK premises in Riga, Brīvības gatve 193a.

Participants

Pairs made up of one man and one woman. 

Participation Fee

LVL 8 (~ € 12) from the pair, 50% discount for juniors and seniors.

Bidding Systems

The use of Highly unusual systems (HUM) and BROWN Sticker conventions is not allowed. According
to the WBF system policy, the opening bid of 2♦ MULTI is not considered BROWN Sticker.

Scoring
Results are calculated in MATCHPOINTS.

  Prizes
The winners of Championship acquire the title of Latvian Champion. The first
three places are awarded with medals.
